Rinse and drain the rice. Set aside
Put the poblano peppers, onion, garlic, cilantro, salt and water in the blender and mix until smooth
In a deep saucepan pour the oil over medium heat.
Add the rice and stir occasionally until it turns light golden in color
Pour the blended mixture over the rice
Let it simmer at medium heat for a few minutes
Add the vegetal seasoning
Once the liquid has absorbed half way through check the flavor, make sure its slightly salty to your taste, the salt will be absorbed and balanced out.
Lower the heat to the minimum level and cover with a lid tight.
Let it cook UNDISTURBED for 20 minutes.
Do not peak
Do not stir
Leave it alone...
seriously... walk away!!
After 20 minutes uncover and fluff with a fork.
Cover and let it rest 5 more minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
