The simplicity of Pork Loin
I love simple recipes and this one is a keeper, even though I’m not sure about its origins, once I made it I fell in love with the combination of flavors and the simplicity of the dish itself.
Pork loin is so easy to work with, because no matter what, it’s going to be infused by the spices I use.
Family Traditions
When I was growing up, the pork loin was used almost every time there was a celebration of any kind, so don’t be surprised if I start sharing one (dozen) of different recipes with pork loin.
I believe I had already implanted the same tradition to my family, because when I put this dish on the table, the first thing my kids asked was: are we celebrating something? It looks like we are having a party!
As simple as it gets
Although these ingredients are so common, we all loved the flavors in the meat and the cream elevated the dish to another level. Since we all liked this dish so much, I will be adding it to my own collection of “fiesta” recipes.
I hope you try it with your family and you all like it as much as we did. What is one dish that has become a tradition during your celebrations? I would like to hear about you, leave me your comments.
